The Scaffold Method.
Diagnose what is broken and where, fix it alongside your team, and structure the work so the team owns it.
Scaffolding goes up, the work happens, and it comes down. What stays is yours.
The problems I take on rarely stay inside one discipline. What looks like one problem in the brief often has its cause in another.
The Scaffold Method is my answer to that kind of problem. I work with your team for the length of an engagement, do the work in your own accounts, and leave nothing that depends on me.
How an engagement runs
The same order every time. Diagnose comes first and takes one week to one month, depending on the scope. How long Fix and Structure take depends on what the diagnosis finds.
Diagnose
Find out what is broken, where, and why. The real cause is often outside the brief.
I talk to the people who do the work and look at how decisions get made. I also check the website, data, tools, and vendors.
Shares access and context, and tells me what gets in the way. A few hours of your team’s time.
Fix
Do the work directly, alongside your team, in your own accounts.
Hands-on work in digital strategy, web design, product management, SEO and AI search, user experience design, or AI automation, wherever the diagnosis points. Decisions made on calls go into the work the same day.
Works alongside me on the real problem, so the knowledge stays with your team.
Structure
Structure the outcome so the team owns it and can run it without me.
I write down how everything works, and set standards and process that fit your team. Then I hand over every file and decision.
Takes the lead. I step back to review until the term ends.
We became more structured, roles were clearer, and overall efficiency improved.Melissa Jailani, Digital Experience & Marketing Lead at Government Agency
Three things you won’t get
I do the fix inside the engagement, with your team, so there is no deck for someone else to act on.
The Structure stage exists so your team can run the work without me. At the end of each term, you renew or stop.
The three stages stay the same. What happens inside them depends on what the diagnosis finds.
